Bothma Consulting offers HR and IR services, chairing disciplinary hearings, drafting employment contracts, disciplinary codes, Company policy templates etc to assist small to medium size enterprises in managing their employees. Offering advice, guidance, support and templates to managers and business owners, helps to not only empower middle management, but pushes the accountability down the line and in doing so, subsequently acts as management development training for these managers.

We typically target medium sized businesses who may not have a full-time resource employed to deal primarily with Human Resource related matters. Outsourcing these functions to Bothma Consulting, allows our clients to focus on their core functions.
